The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a store role to promote an excellent customer experience and lead a team at the front of the store. You will model outstanding service, train Associates, and support POS coverage and breaks while maintaining a clean, organized environment.

Candidates should have strong communication skills, be able to multi-task, and work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. The position offers benefits and opportunities within a Fortune 100 company.

• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking and adapting to shift changes.
• Able to train and mentor Associates on front-end principles.

Responsabilités

• Create a positive customer experience at the front of the store.
• Lead by example and ensure prompt, courteous service and loyalty program promotion.
• Assign registers, coordinate breaks, and manage POS coverage.
• Address customer concerns promptly and escalate when needed.
• Ensure tasks align with store plan and communicate priorities to the team.
