Crunch Fitness - JFF North America is seeking a Customer Service Representative to greet members, guests, and prospective members with a friendly, helpful attitude. This part-time, hourly non-exempt role emphasizes member experience and sales support at the front desk.

You will inform prospects about memberships, handle inquiries, update accounts, and manage POS transactions while upholding Crunch’s uniform policy and retail standards. Training and development are provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in all members, guests, and prospective members.
• Inform prospective members about membership options and current promotions.
• Answer phone calls in a polite and professional manner.
• Facilitate necessary updates to members' accounts.
• Operate the POS system and accept payments.
• Ensure all retail items are fully stocked and presentable.
• Maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the club.
