Crunch Fitness seeks a part-time Customer Service Representative to greet members and guests, handle inquiries, and support front desk operations. You will manage member updates, promote memberships, and process payments using the POS system. Maintain store cleanliness and assist with retail items.

The role is hourly, non-exempt, and requires professional, friendly service in a busy gym environment. Training and uniforms are provided, with benefits as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in all members, guests, and prospective members
• Inform prospective members about membership options and current promotions
• Answer phone calls in a polite and professional manner
• Facilitate necessary updates to members' accounts
• Operate the POS system and accept payments
• Ensure all retail items are fully stocked
• Assist in maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the club
