Crunch Fitness - JFF North America is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to greet members and guests, inform prospective members about options, and handle routine front-desk duties.

The CSR will also process account updates, operate the POS, maintain store cleanliness, and ensure uniform compliance. This role emphasizes professional phone etiquette and high-quality member service.

Qualificações

• Part-time hourly non-exempt position.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and check in all members, guests, and prospective members.
• Inform prospective members about membership options and current promotions.
• Answer phone calls in a polite and professional manner.
• Facilitate necessary updates to members' accounts.
• Compliance with uniform policy (Crunch polo, black pants/shorts, Crunch nametag).
• Operate the POS system and accept payments.
• Ensure all retail items are stocked.
• Assist in maintaining neatness and cleanliness of the club.
• Other duties as assigned.
