Job summary

PGW New Branding in Baton Rouge, LA seeks a part-time Customer Service Associate to manage inbound/outbound interactions, scheduling, billing, and service resolution. You will collaborate with distribution centers, carriers, and suppliers to address issues quickly in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and a commitment to excellent customer service, with duties including order processing, returns coordination, and CRM data entry.

Qualifications

• Experience with CRM systems and data entry tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls and emails regarding quotes, orders, scheduling, billing and inquiries.
• Provide professional customer service with courtesy and accuracy.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complaints including shipping issues and service discrepancies.
• Coordinate returns with distribution centers and suppliers for accurate processing.
• Document customer interactions and resolutions in CRM.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and route to appropriate departments.
• Assist in generating sales and upselling opportunities from inquiries.
• Maintain knowledge of product inventory, ADAS systems, and calibration processes.
