Job summary

PGW Auto Glass LLC is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate in Baton Rouge to handle inbound and outbound inquiries, scheduling, billing, and service resolutions. You will assist with orders, returns, and problem resolution while collaborating with carriers and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.

The ideal candidate has strong communication, problem-solving skills, and experience in a fast-paced call center environment. Proficiency with CRM systems is required or highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Previous call center customer service experience.
• Bilingual in English & Spanish preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls and emails regarding quotes, orders, scheduling, billing, and inquiries.
• Provide courteous, accurate customer service.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complaints, shipping issues, and service discrepancies.
• Process returns and coordinate with centers and suppliers.
• Document interactions and resolutions in CRM.
• Support data entry, cancellations, credits, and invoicing.
• Assist with upselling opportunities based on inquiries.
