Southern Air in Baton Rouge, LA is seeking a self-motivated Customer Support agent to manage outbound calls, accurately schedule and manage customer estimates, and identify customer needs to ensure complete satisfaction with every job performed, all while upholding our commitment to friendly, professional service.

In this in-person role you will build lasting relationships with customers, maintain detailed records of needs, requests and tasks, and effectively de-escalate complaints when issues

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of call center or customer support experience.
• Drivers license with clean driving record.
• MS Office experience preferred.
• Service Titan experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage outbound calls from customers.
• Schedule and manage customer estimates.
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to ensure satisfaction.
• Build relationships with customers and provide high-level service.
• Maintain accurate records of customer needs, requests, and tasks.
• De-escalate customer complaints when appropriate.
