Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries and complaints concerning work-orders, shipments, inventory counts, etc.
Act as liaison between customer and warehouse for invoicing changes and account administration.
Generate paperwork for customer work orders, track orders, and maintain inventory records.
Verify invoices and provide clerical support for orders and related files.
Greet visitors and perform general clerical duties as needed.
Schedule loads and maintain loading reports.
Resolve OS&D issues and damaged shipments where applicable.
