Job summary

PGW Auto Glass is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate in California to handle inbound and outbound interactions, ensuring accurate scheduling, billing, and service resolutions. You will support inquiries, orders, troubleshooting, and returns while coordinating with carriers and suppliers in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous call center experience preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Experience using CRM systems and data entry tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound and outbound calls and emails regarding scheduling, billing, and service inquiries.
• Manage orders, inquiries, complaints, troubleshooting, and returns.
• Coordinate with distribution centers, carriers, and suppliers to resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions in CRM.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and upsell opportunities.
• Route calls to appropriate departments for a seamless experience.
• Stay informed about inventory, ADAS and calibration processes.
• Perform data entry and processing of cancellations and invoicing.
• Support additional call center functions as assigned.
