The role requires strong communication, data-entry accuracy, and basic negotiation skills. You will engage with customers via phone, chat, and email, handling routine inquiries and payments as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Access.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, chat, social media, or email professionally.
• Maintain and update customer accounts accurately.
• Ask probing questions to identify issues and resolutions.
• Schedule deliveries and handle basic pricing questions.
• Assist with new customer account setup and onboarding.
• Support de-escalation and follow company policies for complaints.
• Perform soft collections and process payments by phone when needed.
