The Aaron's Family of Companies is looking for a part-time Customer Accounts Advisor in Waterbury, CT. This role focuses on helping customers become owners of their merchandise by driving payments, renewals, and strong relationships through phone and in-person interactions.

The position offers a competitive hourly wage with incentive pay based on performance, and benefits available to team members. You will work in a fast-paced retail setting with opportunities for growth and development while

Formación

• Must be at least 21 years old (US) with a valid drivers license.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and up to 300 lbs with assistance.
• Able to work a varied schedule from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Customer Accounts Manager in daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Maintain accurate customer account records in the store system, including payment appointments and account history.
• Build strong customer relationships to support ownership goals and drive sales.
• Manage collections and renewals by counseling customers by phone or home visits, as required.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
• Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
