Aaron’s in New Britain, CT is seeking a Customer Account Advisor to coach customers toward ownership by driving payment collections and lease renewals while ensuring satisfaction with the product. You will build relationships over the phone and in person to help customers move closer to ownership.

The role emphasizes empathy, active listening, and strong communication as you manage accounts, support the sales team, and help achieve revenue goals in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• High energy with the ability to multitask in a store setting.
• Two years of retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass DOT requirements where applicable.

Responsabilités

• Attainment and upkeep of customers’ accounts and documenting all payment appointments.
• Direct contact with customers for lease renewals via in-home visits and phone calls.
• Sell customers on benefits of timely lease renewal payments.
• Assist in meeting daily, weekly, and monthly revenue/renewal goals.
• Support with merchandise returns, guest deliveries, and store operations.
