Job summary

Delaware North Sportservice at TD Garden in Boston, MA is seeking part-time Culinary Supervisors who bring strong cooking experience and leadership to a fast-paced kitchen. You will help deliver exceptional food service to guests and maintain high standards across the culinary team.

The role requires at least two years of line cook experience with supervisory duties, excellent communication, and precise task execution.

Qualifications

• Two years' experience as a line cook, including supervisory experience.
• No college degree required.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to lead in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all team members and ensure food preparation and production meets quality standards
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of walk-ins and freezers and ensure all kitchen equipment is in working order
• Effectively supervise proper breakdown, rotation, labeling, dating, and storage of food
• Perform opening, closing and side work duties
• Actively work to maintain food cost within parameters set by culinary leadership
• Partner with team members and restaurant managers to satisfy guests
