Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Experience with cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store.
• Supervisory experience with coaching/mentoring to achieve sales and customer targets.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events.
• Proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager to run the store smoothly.
• Lead by example to coach and mentor the sales team to achieve targets.
• Carry out start and end of day cash reconciliations.
• Open and close the store on a rota basis.
