The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support store leadership and ensure smooth, efficient operations while delivering personalised customer service and expert product knowledge.

You will participate in opening/closing routines, cash reconciliations, and schedule rosters to maximise sales and guest satisfaction. Ideal candidates bring strong retail cosmetics experience, a proven customer-service track record, and practical supervisory exposure.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• Outstanding customer service and ability to engage with customers.
• Experience with cash handling and basic POS operations is desirable.
• Experience in supervising or guiding a team is a plus.
• Willingness to work retail hours including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver inspirational, authentic customer service.
• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager in daily operations.
• Open and close the store on a rotating schedule and complete end-of-day reconciliations.
• Coach and mentor junior staff to achieve sales and customer service targets.
• Ensure store standards and brand presentation are consistently maintained.
