Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, ensuring smooth operations and delivering inspirational, personalized service to customers in our luxury beauty environment.

The role involves cash handling, opening and closing the store on a rota basis, coaching staff, and leading by example to achieve sales and customer service targets. Prior cosmetics retail and flexible hours are preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• Inspire and provide authentic, personalized customer service.
• Retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store is desirable.
• Previous supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring to hit sales targets is desirable.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and events.
• Proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth store operations.
• Lead by example with outstanding customer service to drive sales.
• Carry out start and end of day cash reconciliation tasks.
