Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of cook experience.
• Must have local health department sanitation certificate/food handler’s card.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to provide own tools.
• Must possess good customer service and communication skills.
• Preferred knowledge of point of sale systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, cooks and seasons all food to standards efficiently.
• Prepares items such as salads, appetizers, beef, poultry, seafood.
• Operates fry cook, broiler, and garde manger sections.
• Monitors cooking methods, times and temperatures.
• Maintains sanitation and clean station equipment.
• Reads, writes, and speaks English.
• Performs duties as assigned by Cook II.
