Job summary

Qualifications

• Three years of Cook experience in high-volume kitchens.
• Proficient in braising, sautéing, broiling and poaching.
• Knowledge of sanitary practices and MSDS.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must obtain Gaming License and pass drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all food items according to standard recipes and menu to ensure consistency.
• Train lower-level cooks and provide guidance to team members.
• Operate kitchen equipment including slicer, mixer and knives.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety procedures, and FIFO inventory.
• Rotate stock and label/date products for safekeeping.
