Qualifications

• Preferred knowledge of POS system.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, cooks and seasons all food to standards quickly and efficiently.
• Prepares salads, appetizers, beef, poultry, seafood and other items.
• Cooks at fry, broiler and garde manger stations.
• Controls food production with proper cooking methods and temperatures.
• Adheres to sanitation programs and maintains a clean station.
• Maintains equipment in a clean and sanitary condition.
• Reads and speaks English.
• Performs Lead Cook duties as assigned.
