MWR Cape May Golf Course in Buzzards Bay, MA is seeking a Cook-08 for an intermittent schedule (0-19 hours/week). The role involves preparing and cooking diverse menus, following standardized recipes, and ensuring food quality and timely service.

Qualifications

• Experience with large-quantity food preparation and recipe development.
• Experience operating and cleaning large food service equipment; ability to supervise others.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods; food handler certification.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, season, and portion foods per recipes for all meals.
• Plan and schedule cooking procedures to have multiple meals ready at once.
• Maintain sanitation and proper food temperatures; rotate stock to prevent spoilage.
• Clean and operate kitchen equipment; supervise lower graded staff as needed.
