Job summary

RG&T Solutions is seeking a results-driven store operations manager to lead daily department activities in a retail setting in North Dakota. You will oversee staffing, training, inventory control, promotions, and adherence to standards to meet KPIs.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, strong leadership, excellent communication, and proficiency with MS Office. Experience in retail operations and a hands-on leadership style are preferred. Travel may be required.

Role Overview:

Responsibilities:

• Manage inventory, verify received orders, supervise stocking and production tasks, maintain product knowledge, and execute sales promotions and pricing strategies.
• Ensure safety and food safety guidelines are consistently followed, maintain a clean and organized department, and support department goals and forecasts.
• Assist in scheduling, labor control, and payroll management, and support staff development through training and performance management.
• Participate in meetings, communicate plans effectively, and support implementation of company initiatives like core values and customer experience standards.
• Handle additional tasks as needed, including cross-department support.

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent required; retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Leadership ability in a hands‑on environment, with strategic planning and business acumen.
• Knowledge of retail operations and management systems; proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
• Suggestive selling and product knowledge preferred; bilingual skills (Spanish) advantageous.
