RoShay Services in Michigan is seeking a department lead to oversee daily retail operations in the absence of the department manager. You will drive inventory control, coach staff, and ensure safety and quality across the department.

The role emphasizes guest experience, adherence to safety standards, and collaboration with other departments to meet weekly plans and sales goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of retail operations and management systems; proficiency in MS Office.
• Ability to lift 30-50 pounds, stand/walk for extended periods, and work in varied environments.
• Bilingual in Spanish is highly desirable depending on location.
