Harbour Village is seeking a hospitality-focused Concierge to welcome residents, guests, prospective employees, suppliers, and vendors in a warm, professional manner. This role is on-site and part-time, roughly 30 hours per week with every other weekend from 3:30pm to 10:00pm.

Duties include handling phone coverage, resolving issues, receiving deliveries, creating maintenance work orders, and supporting the Business Office Manager.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products.
• Must demonstrate excellent telephone communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Provide ongoing telephone coverage.
• Resolve resident, guest, vendor, and supplier issues in a courteous, effective manner.
• Accept and log delivery packages and notify residents of delivery.
• Prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff.
• Assist the Business Office Manager with projects and assignments.
