Greystar in Arlington, VA is seeking a Part-Time Concierge to greet residents, handle front-desk duties, answer calls, and coordinate deliveries and move-ins. The role supports planning resident activities and maintains a welcoming, organized community space.

You will assist with guiding guests, sharing local resources, and ensuring the amenities are ready for daily use. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Greet residents and guests in person and by phone.
• Coordinate schedules for move-ins/move-outs and deliveries.
• Assist with planning resident activities and events.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and residents as they enter the office/leasing area and ensure comfort while they wait.
• Answer and route phone calls to the appropriate team member.
• Maintain guest suite and loading dock/elevator schedules for moves and arrivals.
• Ensure clubhouse amenities are tour-ready each morning.
• Track packages and coordinate vendor services for residents.
• Assist with scheduling and organizing resident programs and activities.
• Maintain local information on restaurants, shops, and services for residents.
