Responsibilities

• Greets prospects and residents as they enter the office/leasing area and ensures comfort while they wait to speak with a team member.
• Answers phone calls, routes calls, and assists with service request callbacks as needed.
• Maintains guest suite schedule, coordinates loading dock/elevator schedules for move-ins/move-outs.
• Ensures clubhouse amenities are in tour condition before leasing office opens.
• Manages package deliveries by documenting arrivals and notifying residents within 24 hours.
• Maintains logs for equipment rentals, dry cleaning services, and other community services.
• Assists the team with scheduling, planning and organizing resident activities and programs.
• Keeps information on local restaurants, shops, delivery options, and maintains concierge vendor contacts.
