Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Leasing/Concierge Associate to greet prospects and residents, answer calls, manage packages, and coordinate move-ins at our Arlington, VA community. You will maintain schedules, assist with resident activities, and build relationships with local vendors to enhance the resident experience.

Qualifications

• Greet prospects and residents and assist them while they wait.
• Answer phone calls and route to the appropriate team member.
• Maintain the guest suite schedule and coordinate move-ins/move-outs.
• Ensure clubhouse amenities are ready before opening each morning.
• Manage all package deliveries and notify residents within 24 hours.
• Maintain logs for equipment rentals and other services.
• Assist with scheduling resident activities and programs.
• Maintain relationships with concierge vendors and local resources.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and residents and ensure comfort while they wait.
• Answer calls and route to the team member for assistance.
• Maintain guest suite and loading dock/elevator schedules for move-ins/move-outs.
• Ensure amenities are tour-ready before opening the leasing office.
• Manage package deliveries and notify residents within 24 hours.
• Keep logs for rentals and other community services.
• Assist with planning resident activities and programs.
• Keep local area restaurant and service information current.
