Responsibilities

• Greet and direct residents and guests at check-in and check-out.
• Maintain an active front desk presence and monitor access to the property.
• Handle concierge duties: mail/packets, reservations, transportation, personal shopping, and services.
• Know local attractions, nightlife, and services to enhance residents' experience.
• Follow Front Desk procedures and complete daily activity reports and incident reports.
