Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Six months in hospitality or service experience recommended.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in/out in a professional and personalized manner.
• Take reservations accurately and efficiently.
• Provide concierge assistance including dining, transportation and activities.
• Maintain accurate guest records and log communications.
• Balance shift cash, credit card and room charges; ensure billing accuracy.
