Job summary

Edgewood Properties, Inc. in Somerville, NJ, is seeking a part-time Concierge for The Edge at Main, a luxury multi-family community. You will be the first point of contact for residents and visitors, delivering exceptional service and a welcoming atmosphere.

You will manage front desk operations, assist with tours and leasing materials, coordinate events, and help residents with packages and inquiries. Weekend and evening shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in property management or customer service is preferred.
• Familiarity with social media platforms.
• Basic MS Office knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the front desk, greet residents, guests, vendors and contractors.
• Assist residents with service requests by entering them into the system or guiding self-submission.
• Coordinate resident events and community engagement activities.
• Manage the package room, notifications, and distribution of deliveries.
• Assist with leasing materials and ensure model units are clean and ready for tours.
• Route calls, schedule tours, and support the Property Manager as needed.
