Job summary

Edgewood Properties is seeking a Full-Time Concierge for its Park Lane at Garden State Park luxury community in Cherry Hill, NJ. You will be the first point of contact for residents, guests, and vendors, delivering outstanding service and helping create a welcoming living experience.

Key duties include front desk oversight, answering inquiries, processing key requests, coordinating resident events, managing the package room, and preparing leasing materials for tours.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Experience in property management or customer service is preferred.
• Familiarity with social media platforms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the front desk, warmly greeting residents, guests, vendors, and contractors.
• Provide community and amenity information, assist residents with key/gate card requests, and facilitate inquiries.
• Offer refreshments to guests waiting to meet with a leasing consultant.
• Assist with service requests by entering them into the system or guiding residents on self-submission.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of the community to provide recommendations for local dining and entertainment options.
• Engage with residents and prospective residents to enhance customer experience and resident retention.
