Job summary

Edgewood Properties is hiring a Concierge for The Lofts at Gloucester, Blackwood, NJ. You will be the first contact for residents, guests, and vendors, delivering exceptional service and coordinating daily operations in a luxury multi-family setting.

You will manage resident needs, assist with lease-related inquiries, and support leasing teams with events and community engagement. Weekend and evening shifts are required to ensure continuous, courteous service.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in property management or customer service is preferred.
• Familiarity with social media platforms.
• Basic MS Office knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the front desk, greet residents, guests, vendors and contractors.
• Provide information about community amenities and assist with key/gate card requests.
• Assist with service requests by entering them into the system or guiding residents on self-submission.
• Develop knowledge of the community to recommend local dining and entertainment options.
• Engage with residents and prospective residents to enhance customer experience and retention.
