Job summary

Edgewood Properties Inc. is seeking a Concierge for Sunrise Bay in Galloway Township, NJ. The role supports leasing and resident services, serving as the first point of contact for residents, prospective residents, and visitors, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

This full-time position requires weekend and evening shifts, assists with package handling, event coordination, social media updates, and coordinating with the leasing team to ensure a welcoming living experience.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Experience in property management or customer service is preferred.
• Familiarity with social media platforms is useful.
• Basic MS Office knowledge is expected.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the front desk, greet residents, guests, vendors, and contractors.
• Provide information about community and amenities and assist with key/gate card requests.
• Assist with service requests and guide residents on self-submission.
• Coordinate resident events and support leasing team with tours and materials.
• Manage the package room and maintain office cleanliness.
