Job summary

Edgewood Properties, with Evergreen at Timber Glen in Mays Landing, NJ, seeks a full-time Concierge to manage the front desk, enhance resident experiences, and support leasing activities. You will coordinate events, assist residents with requests, and maintain a welcoming community atmosphere.

The role includes handling packages, preparing leasing materials, and updating the community’s social media channels to showcase lifestyle and available units. Weekend and evening shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Experience in property management or customer service is preferred.
• Familiarity with social media platforms.
• Basic MS Office knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the front desk, greet residents, guests, vendors, and contractors.
• Manage package room, notifications, and distribution to residents.
• Assist with leasing materials and ensure model/vacant units are tour-ready.
• Route calls, schedule tours, and provide admin support to the Property Manager.
• Support events planning, organizing resident activities and celebrations.
• Update social media with community content to promote units.
