Edgewood Properties, Inc. is seeking a full-time Concierge for Sunrise Bay in Galloway Township, NJ. You will be the first point of contact for residents and visitors, delivering outstanding service and a welcoming living environment while supporting leasing and management operations.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Experience in property management or customer service preferred.
• Familiarity with social media platforms.
• Basic MS Office knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the front desk, greet residents, guests, vendors, and contractors.
• Provide community information and assist with key/gate card requests.
• Assist residents with service requests and guide self-submission when possible.
• Develop knowledge of local dining and entertainment to make recommendations.
• Support planning and execution of resident events with the Leasing Team.
• Manage the package room and ensure proper notifications.
• Coordinate tours, schedule appointments, and support the Property Manager.
• Update social media to showcase the community lifestyle.
