The Nashville Symphony is hiring a part-time Box Office Agent to manage the box office window, assist patrons, and drive ticket sales during concerts. You will work a minimum of four night-of-show shifts per month, provide friendly customer service, and help educate guests about concert content and available tickets.

Successful candidates will have at least one year of customer service experience, good communication skills, and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment; training

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one year of customer service experience; we will fully train the right candidate.
• Ability to work evenings and weekend shifts, as needed by concert schedule.
• Knowledge of ticketing policies and CRM basics is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain high levels of customer service with a positive attitude.
• Participate in a minimum of four box office night-of-show shifts per month.
• Answer questions to retain and build customer activity while recording ticket purchases and donor information.
• Fulfill night-of-show ticket orders and assist in distributing single and season tickets.
• Educate customers on concert content and sales products.
• Identify challenges and resolve conflicts with patrons.
• Handle inbound calls, voicemails, or emails as needed.
• Develop knowledge of ticketing policies and CRM tools to an appropriate level.
• Perform other duties assigned to meet departmental goals.
