Job summary

The Tivoli Theatre Foundation in Chattanooga, TN seeks a Part-Time Box Office Attendant to support ticket sales across in-person, phone, and online channels using Ticketmaster.

You'll reconcile daily sales, assist customers, and maintain clean front counters, shadow boxes, and displays while providing a welcoming experience. Scheduling includes daytime, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Minimum 1 year in customer service.
• Experience with events/venue ticketing platform preferred.
• Knowledge of cash handling and accuracy is required.
• Proficient with Windows-based programs.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with ticket purchases over the phone, in person, and support online sales.
• Reconcile daily/nightly ticket sales.
• Provide a positive, welcoming first impression to customers.
• Respond to requests and problems with knowledge of Tivoli Theatre Foundation shows, policies, and services.
• Deliver quality customer service to walk-in customers, calls, or emails.
• Keep information, display cases, and counters organized and up-to-date.
• Learn Gift Shop merchandise and assist with gift shop mail orders.
