Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a part-time Box Office Associate to handle daily cash and ticketing tasks in a fast-paced environment. You will balance sales, assist with pricing initiatives and VIP upgrades, and deliver friendly service to guests both in person and over the phone.

The role requires accurate cash handling, basic Microsoft Office skills, and a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. On-site work at our box office supports event operations and guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cash handling and precision in daily reconciliations.
• Experience in phone and in-person customer service.
• Baseline Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Operate Ticketmaster host system for sales and related tasks.
• Balance and reconcile daily sales and cash, assist supervisors.
• Support nightly upgrades, inventory and reports with premium seating.
• Provide courteous customer service in person and by phone.
• Assist with ADA requirements and box office duties as needed.
