• At least 1–3 years in a high-volume, fast-paced environment preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with a positive first impression and superior guest service.
• Operate computer ticketing system to sell tickets in person or by phone.
• Stay up to date on upcoming shows to answer guest questions.
• Problem solve by locating will-call/guest list tickets and resolving issues.
• Verify identity of guests at ticket pickup.
• Maintain guest satisfaction by answering questions and directing guests as needed.
• Operate POS system accurately and count cash with proper procedures.
• Complete all opening, running and closing duties as assigned.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
