Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible security presence on the property by patrolling the grounds daily.
• Respond to noise complaints and de-escalate situations professionally.
• Assist residents with lockouts and other non-emergency needs.
• Monitor common areas and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Observe and report vandalism, suspicious activity, or vehicle violations.
• Coordinate with local law enforcement when appropriate.
