Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible presence on the property by walking grounds daily.

• Assist residents with lockouts and non‑emergency needs.
• Monitor pools, laundry, and fitness facilities; report maintenance needs.
• Check lighting and report safety concerns to management.
• Observe and report vandalism or suspicious activity.
