Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of college coursework completed or in progress; preferably in recreation or related field.
• Experience in a recreation setting with program development and supervision is desirable.
• Must have a flexible schedule to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, and evaluates a wide variety of classes, programs, and events for all ages.
• Supervises instructors, coaches, and volunteers for multiple programs.
• Ensures safety, handles registrations, and maintains attendance and reports.
• Coordinates with community partners and manages program setup, marketing, and communications.
