Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 17 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Background check and drug screening required.
• CPR/AED certification or obtained within 30 days of employment.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, answer phones, and assist inquiries about programs, rentals, and payments.
• Schedule and manage facility rentals, including setup and breakdown.
• Support events, registrations, logistics, and participant engagement.
• Provide hands-on support during camps and full-day programs.
• Ensure safety and positive behavior in all activities.
• Promote facility events and maintain staff/participant relations.
