Asset Living is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness of an apartment community, including public facilities and grounds. The role covers make-ready preparation for vacant units under the Community Manager’s supervision.

Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and familiarity with Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements. Regular on-site attendance and teamwork are essential to success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred or one year's experience in the housing industry.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsabilités

• Maintain daily cleaning of the apartment community's public facilities, common areas and grounds.
• Prepare vacant units for move-in and ensure cleanliness of make-ready units.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
