Job summary

Asset Living in Duluth, GA, is seeking a reliable Housekeeper to maintain the apartment community’s public facilities, common areas, and grounds, and to prepare vacant units for move-in under the Community Manager. The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred), basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred or one year’s experience in the housing industry.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Community housekeeping and daily maintenance of common areas.
• Clean make-ready units and prepare vacant units for move-in.
• Respond to resident requests and work orders promptly.
• Report violations and follow Asset key policy.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive community image.
• Adhere to community policies and safety procedures.
