Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Housekeeper to clean and maintain the apartment community’s public facilities, common areas, and grounds, including make-ready units before move-in. The role requires on-site presence and regular attendance, with duties expanding to resident-relations and timely response to requests.

Experience in housing or a high school diploma is preferred; basic computer skills and knowledge of housing regulations are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Daily cleaning of public facilities, common areas and grounds.
• Prepare vacant units for move-in and maintain offices and amenities.
• Respond to resident/management requests and service orders promptly.
