Job summary

Asset Living in Houston is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain the apartment community's public spaces and make-ready units. You will perform routine cleaning, respond to resident requests, and help uphold safety and policy standards, working under the Community Manager.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or one year’s housing industry experience.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Community housekeeping and cleaning of facilities, common areas, and grounds.
• Regular onsite attendance is required.
• Clean and prepare vacant units for move-in and maintain offices and amenities.
• Respond to resident/management requests and service orders promptly.
• Follow Asset Living key policy and enforce community rules.
• Report violations to the Community Manager and uphold safety standards.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive image of the community.
