Job summary

JES Holdings, a division of Fairway Management (FWM), seeks a part-time housekeeper for 24 hours a week to help maintain curb appeal across our Missouri apartment communities. The role involves cleaning public areas and units, assisting with deep make-ready cleans for new residents, reporting to the property manager, and maintaining positive relationships with residents and staff.

The High School Diploma or equivalent and 1–2 years of cleaning experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–2 years of housekeeping or cleaning experience.

Responsibilities

• Vacuum, sweep, and mop hallways, community rooms, and other public areas.
• Dust furniture, baseboards, light fixtures, blinds, ceiling fans and other surfaces.
• Clean all components of public restrooms (floors, sinks, toilets, mirrors).
• Collect garbage from public receptacles.
• Polish hardwood and metal surfaces in public areas.
• Clean windows in public areas.
• Assist in turning units with a deep clean for new residents.
• Report to the property manager and complete delegated tasks.
• Be alert to emergencies and safety concerns and notify staff.
• Maintain a positive relationship with residents, vendors, and staff.
