Job summary

IWG, a leading global workspace provider, seeks a Community Associate for our Huntsville center. You will support customers, manage day-to-day center operations, and help organize events to foster a vibrant community.

The role emphasizes service excellence, attention to detail, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. You’ll handle inquiries, arrange meetings, and ensure services are billed accurately while delivering a welcoming experience to tenants and visitors in a collaborative work

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate effectively with customers.
• Willingness to take ownership of problems and resolve them.
• Positive, enthusiastic, and adaptable to fast-changing situations.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic IT equipment.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States and at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and maintain the community within the center.
• Handle inquiries, direct attendees, and help with on-site services and setups.
• Prepare and manage projectors, beverages, and coffee arrangements as needed.
• Coordinate with customers and tenants, ensuring accurate invoicing and service charges.
• Organize and promote center events and networking activities.
