You’ll handle inquiries, assist with room setup, Wi‑Fi codes, and projectors, while ensuring accurate invoicing and a welcoming experience for members and guests. This role emphasizes strong communication and hands-on support in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Proficient with MS Office and basic IT equipment
• Legally eligible to work in the United States and at least 18 years old

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple customer requests to maintain a smooth center operation
• Assist customers with inquiries, directions, and basic technical setups (Wi‑Fi codes, projectors)
• Coordinate with center staff to ensure services are charged correctly and invoices are accurate
• Organize center events and help with promotional activities
