Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience managing apartment communities.
• IHTC / tax credit / affordable experience a plus.
• 2+ years managing property teams (maintenance & support).
• Experience with Word, Excel, Publisher, Outlook and internet.
• Experience with Multifamily software (Real Page, MRI, Yardi, Knock).

Responsibilities

• Lead staff to provide customer service and property management.
• Show apartments to potential residents and collect rent.
• Coordinate with vendors and outside contractors.
• Monitor budgets and financial performance.
• Initiate and oversee marketing activities to meet owner objectives.
• Oversee maintenance operations to ensure timely, quality work.
• Maintain annual operating budget.
• Foster teamwork and resident relations.
• Organize on-site social events.
